Sandy Kaminski, GPHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Sandy Kaminski, the Owner and Founder of HR Maxim, is a dedicated professional with a passion for positively impacting organizations. Her expertise lies in seamlessly connecting HR to operations, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risk. Sandy’s background includes building and leading high-performing HR functions and teams, specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM), Professional Employer Organizations (PEO), and HR Outsourcing (HRO).  She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Strategic Leadership from Walsh College. Her commitment to excellence is evident through her multiple professional HR certifications. Sandy’s experience as the VP of Strategic HR at a major privately owned Professional Employer Organization (PEO) highlights her proficiency in overseeing diverse aspects of HR solutions across various industries. Her role involved managing compliance, culture, and people, making her a valuable asset for any organization seeking comprehensive HR expertise.
